Thinking About Circles

These web pages describes a course offered in the Spring 2003 session called Thinking About Circles, one of the classes in the Saturday Enrichment Program of the Center for Talent Development.  There were six classes of 2.5 hours each on consecutive Saturdays. The course ran from April 5 to May 17, 2003. I've used the software since then with great outcomes, but for the 2003 course, I actually went through the paperwork necessary so I could publish results.

The class used a software package called Circular Reasoning to explore concepts in geometry. The course covered the content in the activity cards found on the Circular Reasoning page.

This section includes a class syllabus, the test given on the first and last days of class, and data collected on outcomes.
