Angles and Fraction CirclesThe fraction circles below are divided into thirds, fourths, fifths, and sixths. The angle with the little red sector is opened either 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, or 1/6 of a circle. You can drag the fraction circles over the angle to see how wide the angle is opened. Type your answer into the "fraction" text box by replacing the question mark with the right number. When you press the "show me how" button, you can see how the fraction circles can be compared to the angle. The part of the circle that matches the angle will be entered into the "control" text box. Click "my turn" if you want to try matching the same angle again. Click "next" to try a new angle. |
